I have a clicking in my bathroom wall and my apartment complex don't know what it is or how to fix it. I have given them over a month to figure it out and they have not fixed it. They offered me a new apartment but want me to pay the moving expenses,they say that is fair because they aren't going to charge me a transfer fee for moving. I don't think this is a fair deal at all. What are my options? Any help would be great.
